Our program has a custom portal branded and tailored for Talbott. The home page navigates the viewer around the portal, provides links to explore content and events and find opportunities for education.
Viewable on any device
Responsive web design ensures that the portal is viewable on all devices from mobile phones to laptops to widescreens. The viewer does not need to download an app to have the right viewing experience.
Portals promote community
We connect program participants to each other, form parent groups or have alumni connect to each other. Promote discussions on recovery strategies, family issues, how to maximize an academic experience in recovery, or basic life skills/
Automate content delivery
We pull from a central repository of carefully screened content and education. New content comes daily from the centralized content hub and is organized into catalogs by topic with a search engine to make it easy to find what you are looking for.
Message & engage members
Email messages are automated to deliver regular email outreaches that remind portal members to log in and look at what's new. Members can opt-in to receive text messages to alert them that a new email is waiting or alert them about important events and announcements.
Organize events & send reminders
The event calendar organizes meetings, events, trainings and seminars presenting them in one convenient online location. The event registration and reminder system to makes sure everyone you want at the event is there.
Produce outcomes studies
Every interaction with the portal, the emails or discussion forums is recorded and presented in easy-to-understand reports. Reports track engagement, record what people are looking at and produce outcome studies. We use that knowledge to select the content and education based on what people are interested in.
Secure & organize information
Data is held in a secure, HIPAA compliant CRM system to hold all the data needed to keep track of participants.
